Andree Martinez

Andree is a native of Chihuahua, Chihuahua Mexico and was raised to El Paso, Texas. The family she comes from has an entertainment gene. As a young girl growing up, she was around television show hosts, such as her sister, Karla Martinez (Host of Univision's Despierta America! When she was a child she was surrounded by celebrities on television, like her older sister Karla (Host on Univision's show DespertaAmerica)! Andrew Martinez is vice president of Safety Security and Business Resiliency at Southern California Edison (SCE) One of the largest electric utilities in the country. SCE has made worker safety and security for the company a top priority. Martinez is the head of all the programs and activities specifically focused on those specific areas. Martinez assists the safety leadership in reaching goals for safety in the group by offering mentorship to them and quality safety training programs. Martinez served as Director of Safety Training and Compliance in Transmission & Distribution for SCE before assuming his current role. Previous to this, Martinez served as the Director for Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. Over the course of his thirty years working at SCE Martinez has held several leadership positions in corrective action as well as performance improvement programmes, such as posts at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) focused on protecting employees and the public from hazards.
