Anne Celeste Heche is an American actress who is known for playing a wide range of roles in film TV, theatre, and film. Anne does not recall John Carpenter contacting her or suggesting the role. It's possible one of Anne's agents declined it for her reasons without informing her. Glen Larson chose her initially and sent her a preliminarily written script. She was to appear in the TV series Battlestar Galactica, which aired in 1978. She originally rejected the position because she felt her character was weak. Glen later wrote an even stronger character with Sheba. The Living Legend was accepted after she read the first 25 pages of the script. The show lasted for just one season. The show also featured her with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine, Desi Arnaz (son Desi Arnaz & Lucille ball) in Joyride in 1977. In addition, she co-starred with Michael Moriarty as The Dark Tower in 1987.
