Barbara Mori

Barbara Mori Ochoa (Maxican-Uruguayan) is an actress and model. Her career began as a TV actress and model. Born on the 2nd February 1978 at Montevideo , Uruguay. She is of Japanese family and Uruguayan background. She has two siblings, one brother and a sister. Yuyi Mori (her mother) and Rosario Ochoa (her father) are her parents. The couple split when Barbara turned 3 years of age. Barbara spent most of her youth in Mexico as well as Uruguay prior to settling down in Mexico City. This was an intriguing and unexpected start to her modeling career. Barbara began working as waitresses at the age of 14. Marcos Toledo, a fashion designer, saw her one day and asked for her to model. The man she is married to is Sergio Mayer whom she met in her teens. Although they never wed however, they have a child. Barbara learnt acting in El Centro De Estudios De Formasion Actoral. In the television series Al Norte Del Corazon, she first made her appearance as a performer. Tric Tac was her next appearance. Mirada de Mujer was her next appearance. Barbara was in films like Viento en Contra Spanish Beauty Robots Pretendiendo and Inspiracion etc. Rakesh Rosan played her along with Hrithik Rosahan on Kites, produced by Indian Rakesh Rakesh. Filming took place at New Mexico, Los Angeles as well as Las Vegas. Kites' 2010 release didn't do well at the box office.
